Coinbase is investigating delayed sends and receives involving the Flare Network. Its status notice was posted on October 16 at 18:04 UTC and warns that customers may experience delays when moving assets through Coinbase’s Flare integration. The exchange says customer funds remain safe.

Coinbase states that buying, selling, and fiat deposits and withdrawals are unaffected. The incident is limited to the transfer functions described in its notice. The company has not published a root cause, an estimated resolution time, or confirmation that the underlying Flare blockchain has stopped processing transactions.

For $FLR users, the important distinction is between an exchange-side transfer delay and a network-wide outage. The notice establishes the former issue at #Coinbase but does not establish the latter.
