Solana Gets a Second ETF in Hong Kong at an Interesting Moment Some launches arrive at the perfect time, and some arrive exactly when they’re needed. 🌏 Pando Finance lists its Solana ETF on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today, the city’s second after ChinaAMC’s. It holds SOL through HashKey with a 1.6% annual fee, and no staking, leverage or dividends. The timing matters because institutional money has been cooling. SOL ETFs saw more than $30 million in outflows this month, and $SOL couldn’t get past $120 before sliding back toward the $95 support zone. Traders are leaning bearish too, with the long/short ratio back in negative territory. But here’s what I find quietly encouraging. 💧 Circle minted $3.5 billion in USDC on Solana in a week, keeping its stablecoin supply above $16 billion while other chains shrink. And the Oct. 8 flush wiped out over $65 million in longs, the biggest since early June, so a lot of the weak hands are already gone. So I’m not reading this as a bearish setup just yet. With longs flushed and fresh liquidity flowing in, a new ETF could be the spark for a short squeeze, and a move above $125 would make me take that idea seriously. ✨ #Solana #Altcoin Season#
