Their firm filed a registration with the US SEC to launch a spot ZEC fund on Nasdaq under the ticker WINK. It would hold real ZEC directly, with their own exchange Gemini as custodian, and charge only a 0.25% annual fee. The twins themselves showed interest in buying up to $100 million of shares.
This would be the second US Zcash ETF after Grayscale's — and ZEC is already up over 700% in a year, trading near $1,354. Privacy coins are going mainstream.
