OPN had a 17% drop over about 2 days, and that leg is what I measure everything against. I have 0.05881 marked as the inducement from a 40% pullback. That break of 0.05436 was small (0.6%) and it came straight back inside. Looks like a failed breakout to me. The inducement at 0.05881 is the target and the stop is only 1.99% away at 0.05406.
