The proposal adds stronger powers to freeze crypto assets, oversight of staking and lending services, and control over which companies can offer DeFi access. It also restricts unapproved stablecoins and tightens rules on crypto promotions and unauthorized platforms. Nothing changes yet, as the proposal still needs approval.
