$AAVE $160 IS THE NEXT BIG TEST — BUT 7.6% MORE SUPPLY IS WAITING
AAVE has made a serious recovery from the June lows, climbing roughly 2.7x and now trading near $154. The breakout above $147.64 was important because that former resistance has started acting like support.
The next battle is clearly around $160. A clean daily close above this level could open the door toward the $180 zone, especially with liquidation liquidity stacked around $157–$162 that could fuel additional upside if shorts start getting squeezed.
But there’s a catch.
Exchange reserves jumped 7.59% to roughly $415.2M, meaning more AAVE is sitting on exchanges and could become potential sell-side supply. Bulls therefore need to keep defending $147.64 while absorbing this additional liquidity.
Momentum still looks constructive, with RSI around 66.61—strong, but not yet above the 70 overbought area.
For me, the chart is simple: $160 is the breakout trigger, $147.64 is the level bulls need to protect, and $180 becomes the next major upside area if momentum expands.
The real question is will demand absorb the rising exchange supply?
