Why:
RARE has just exploded from around 0.01400 to a fresh 0.02314 high, putting the price into a heavily extended zone after a near-vertical move. The MA(7) is still well below price at 0.01715, so this is a momentum-reversal setup rather than a confirmed trend reversal. I’d want to see rejection around the current high before entering. A break below 0.02050 could accelerate the pullback toward the 0.01850–0.01700 region.
