Laura Loomer released audio from a September 17 event at George Washington University where Palestine Legal Senior Staff Attorney Dylan Saba allegedly claimed the State Department's Foreign Terrorist Organizations list was created through "direct lobbying from Zionist groups" like the ADL.
Saba reportedly told students that designating Palestinian groups as terrorists was a bureaucratic scheme orchestrated by Jewish organizations. Loomer characterized the remarks as antisemitic conspiracy theories aimed at undermining U.S. counterterrorism laws.
