BEARISH:
⚠️ $83K wall — 1.07M BTC bought there, will sell at breakeven
⚠️ Fed 10Y yield 5.04% highest since 2007 — risk off
⚠️ CLARITY Act failed 49-50 — regulation stalled

My Plan:
Break $83K with volume → target $86K
Reject $83K → retest $78K-$76K
