🧧 Binance Red Box Claim Problem
I’m facing an issue with Binance Red Box/Red Envelope. When I try to claim the reward, I get the message: “Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at this time as per the activity’s terms.” I can see the Red Boxes and the Claim button, but the reward cannot be claimed. I’m not sure whether this is because of account eligibility, KYC, region restrictions, activity rules, or some other requirement. Has anyone faced the same issue? If you know the exact reason or how to fix/check the eligibility requirements, please share. It would be really helpful. 🙏
