$BTC 🚨JUST IN: The CFTC has just submitted its drafted crypto rules to the White House FOR REVIEW as the CLARITY Act stalls in the Senate.

The proposal covers crypto transactions and markets. It was submitted Thursday to OIRA, the office that reviews federal regulations before publication.

The details remain undisclosed. The rules are NOT yet final.

The CFTC is moving ahead using its existing powers.
