$BTC is down 3.66% in 24 hours, but the useful question is not whether the selloff looks dramatic. It is whether price can repair the level it lost.
My Asia checklist:
1. Hold the $76,888 session low. A 4h close below it keeps the downside structure intact.
2. Reclaim $79,999. That is the first evidence the breakdown was rejected, not just paused.
3. Watch $ETH near $2,442. If ETH remains weak while BTC recovers, breadth is still suspect.
The trigger is a 4h close back above $79,999. My risk boundary is a 4h close below $76,888. The upside checkpoint is $79,999 during the next Asia session, not a promise. The keepable rule: a bounce is unproven until the lost level is reclaimed.
