Kraken just got dusted hard.

12,000 micro-transfers from an HTX-linked wallet hit user accounts—most under a few bucks. Compliance systems freaked out and auto-locked accounts.

Kraken thinks this was deliberate: spread sanctioned funds across thousands of wallets, trigger mass flagging, and force platforms into compliance chaos.

Accounts are back online now, but Kraken's still holding the tainted funds. HTX says they didn't do it and are "investigating."

Classic attack vector. If you got dusted, you didn't do anything wrong—but now you're in the system. This is how you weaponize compliance.
