BTC Surpasses $72,000: Bulls Are Back in Control?

$BTC just broke above $72,000, marking its strongest move in months and putting the bulls firmly back in the spotlight.

$BTC has climbed roughly 15% since Monday, reclaiming several important technical and on-chain levels. The move has also been supported by strong U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF inflows, with around $517M entering ETFs on August 19.

The rally is also being amplified by a major short squeeze, while softer Treasury yields and renewed optimism around U.S. crypto policy are improving the broader risk environment.

Now comes the important part: can $BTC hold $72K?

If Bitcoin turns $72,000 into support instead of resistance, the next leg higher could become much more interesting. A clean continuation would strengthen the case for a move toward $75K and potentially $80K.

Of course, after such a sharp rally, some profit-taking and volatility would be completely normal.

But for now, momentum clearly favors the bulls. 🔥

BTC is back above $72K. The real question is how much higher this breakout can run. 🚀
