吴说获悉，据 Paradigm 政府事务副总裁 Alex Grieve 披露，CME Group 已聘任前 SEC 官员 Heather Percival 担任高级总监兼副总法律顾问（Senior Director and Associate General Counsel）。Percival 在 SEC 任职近 12 年，曾担任时任 SEC 主席 Gary Gensler 的政策顾问（Policy Counsel to the Chair），离职前职位为 Senior Special Counsel。值得注意的是，CME 此前已因加密永续合约监管问题起诉美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）。
