Glamsterdam is being tested on public testnets, the Ethereum Foundation reports.

What happened: the Ethereum Foundation's blog post "EIP-8037/EIP-8038 Glamsterdam" (2026-11-06) says Glamsterdam is currently under testnet testing and notes Chainsecurity has found "a few projects that would be..." during those tests.

Bull read — successful tests and security reviews could increase protocol readiness.

Bear read — Chainsecurity findings may require remediation before mainnet activation.

Watch next — further testnet reports and Chainsecurity details in follow-ups from the Foundation.
