#BinanceSupportCenter #Binance I lost a significant amount of my Usdt through Futures trading on Binance, so I decided to take a break from trading for a while.
During that time, I joined some live streams just for fun and claimed Red Boxes as a way to relax. Apart from a few boxes from hosts or co-hosts that had a reasonable amount, most of the boxes were worth less than 0.0001 Usdc ( a lot of boxes)
Honestly, I didn’t even want to claim those tiny-value boxes. But if I didn’t claim them, I couldn’t see the new boxes coming in. I had to leave the live and rejoin repeatedly just to see new boxes. So eventually, I started claiming them quickly just to clear them out.
Now, Binance has restricted some of us and accused us of using bots because of our live Red Box claiming activity.
But please look at the actual situation: even if someone claims 100 boxes worth less than 0.0001 Usdc each, the total reward would still be less than 0.001 Usdc. No one would spend so much time joining live streams just to earn such a tiny amount.
We didn’t join these lives because we wanted to collect countless low-value boxes. We were there to relax, have fun, and interact with the community.
It is really frustrating to be treated like bots when we are actually the ones affected by this situation.
I hope Binance can understand the real reason behind this activity and review these restrictions fairly. We are not trying to abuse the system. We are real users who were simply enjoying the Live community.
