Three, and I'd rather be exact than impressive about it.
Your access. Your $AEMU balance is read live from the chain on your requests. No database row says what tier you are. Your wallet does, and if you buy more or sell, your access follows within seconds. Nothing to grant, nothing to revoke.
Receipt roots. Receipts are batched into a Merkle tree and the root is written to Solana as a single transaction, giving every run in that batch a timestamp nobody controls. Including us. Your individual receipt carries the inclusion proof, so verification never depends on our servers being up or honest. Alongside that, every batch's full proof bundle is written to Arweave, permanently, readable by anyone at a public gateway.
Creator payouts. When someone runs a skill you published, you're credited, and claiming moves real tokens out of the treasury.
That third one taught me something the hard way and it's worth telling because it's the kind of bug that only shows up in production. $AEMU is a Token-2022 mint. The token program is part of how you derive a wallet's token account address, and I'd built the payout path against the classic SPL program, like almost every example on the internet does. Measured against the live mint, the classic derivation gave an address that simply doesn't exist. Every single claim would have failed, silently, at the worst possible moment. It now reads the program from the mint at payout time rather than assuming. Nobody would have found that by reading the code. I found it by testing against the real thing.
Holding is the access model. There's no subscription, no card, no plan you're on. Your wallet balance is your plan, checked live, and that's it.
It's also the money in the marketplace. Publish a skill, and every time someone else runs it you're credited in $AEMU. A fixed fee per run, paid to you, claimed on-chain whenever you want. So creators earn in the token and users spend access in the token, and it's the same balance doing both. That's deliberate: someone who publishes a genuinely useful skill can end up holding more, which raises their own tier, which lets them build more. The loop closes without me having to design an incentive programme around it.
What I've refused to do is meter it per-action. Aemulus doesn't charge you a token per click or burn anything on a run. It's a threshold, not a meter. Metering makes people hesitate before using a product, and hesitation is death for something whose value only shows up after you've automated your fourth thing.
