Since September, 0xD0…8fd7 has transferred 4,000 ETH, about $6.39 million, and currently holds 36,000 ETH, worth $59 million. Judging from the historical transaction records of the address starting with 0x5567, most of the ETH transferred to this address flowed to Bitstamp and Paxos.
