According to TechFlow, Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources, that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is voting on whether to file an enforcement lawsuit against former Voyager Digital CEO Stephen Ehrlich.
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) believes that Stephen Ehrlich violated regulatory provisions by making misleading statements about the security of customer assets before Voyager Digital's bankruptcy, and has made an internal recommendation to prosecute him.
Stephen Ehrlich has denied wrongdoing and plans to fight the charges.
