Notice of Potential Issue in SUB Smart Contract

Fellow Binancians,

After review, Substratum (SUB) is the only token listed on Binance with the potential owner-permission issue. We verified the blockchain and confirmed this exploit has not been used. Through our communication, the Substratum team has acknowledged the issue and provided plans to fix it. Their relevant announcement can be found here.

Please note that trading and user SUB positions are not affected.
