🐕 A statue honoring Kabosu, the Shiba Inu dog behind the Doge meme and Dogecoin, is set to be unveiled in Sakura, Japan on Nov. 2! The NFT community that owns the original "doge" meme worked with local governments to make this happen. The statue will be placed in Sakura Furusato Square, a popular spot for Kabosu's walks.

🎉 To celebrate, interactive events will be held, and attendees can meet Kabosu and enjoy privileges based on their NFT holdings. The community, PleasrDAO, is also working on a documentary about Kabosu's life and the rise of the meme.
