Indonesia has determined the treatment of crypto currency and its taxation provisions in Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations, with implementing regulations through Minister of Finance Regulation Number 68/PMK.0/2022 concerning Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (PPh ) on Crypto Asset Trading Transactions.
