According to Odaily, the state of Oklahoma in the United States has signed a bill, HB 3594, to protect the rights related to cryptocurrency. The state legislature's website shows that Governor Kevin Stitt approved the bill on May 13, and it will come into effect on November 1.

Under the new law, the Oklahoma state government cannot prohibit, restrict, or harm the use of cryptocurrency in purchases and the right to self-custody. In addition, state and local governments cannot levy additional taxes or other fees specifically targeting cryptocurrencies. They can only apply the statutory currency tax. Furthermore, participating in any type of mining in the state is legal, protecting local home crypto mining and mining businesses.
