Getting back your tokens sent to the wrong Blockchain network can be very technical and tasking at times.
Here are a list of networks that causes miss ups regularly;
ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network.
TRC20 refers to the TRON network.
BTC refers to the Bitcoin network.
EOS refers to the EOS network
BEP2 refers to the Binance Chain.
BEP20 refers to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
Others...
There are lots of them and it is good to pay attention when depositing or withdrawing your tokens.
Details from #Binance Academy reveal that, you can do these steps when trying to recover your tokens from the wrong network:đ
"First of all, donât panic. If youâve sent ERC-20 tokens (like ETH) using BNB Smart Chain (BSC) or sent BEP-20 tokens via the Ethereum network, you should be able to retrieve them.
There are three different situations, each with its own solution:
1. You sent the tokens to a wallet that supports BSC and Ethereum.Â
You can send the tokens back to the correct network on Binance.
2. You sent the tokens to a wallet that only supports either BSC or Ethereum.
You will need to access your private key to import into a wallet that supports both.
3. You sent the tokens to a custodial wallet or crypto exchange.
Ask your wallet provider for help or the exchangeâs customer service. It may not be possible to recover your funds.
Before working on a solution, itâs worth understanding whatâs happened to avoid the same problem in the future."

For those who might have sent tokens not listed on Binance Exchange, you can try to contact Binance's customer care, to see if your asset can be sent back to you. This is very hard though and mostly impossible.
The best thing to do is to wait and hope the asset gets listed soon, then you can be sure of it showing on your wallet.
