Arkham clarified that the ARKM token transfers were in line with the token economics released here, and both transfers were of unlocked tokens.
The first transfer involved 20 million ARKM tokens from the foundation's treasury to a separate wallet. This transaction was approved in a recent Arkham governance proposal. The second transfer was of 5 million ARKM tokens from the ecosystem fund, which were unlocked according to the published token economics. The ecosystem fund currently holds 260 million ARKM tokens.
