Assalam-o-Alaikum friends!
​Sorry for being away yesterday! 🙏 Many of you were waiting for an update, but the life of an expat in Dubai can be physically draining. Between shifting to a new room and working overtime, I was so exhausted that I just couldn't pick up my phone.
​Why I missed yesterday:
Moving rooms in this heat is no joke. After carrying bags and setting up my new space, I immediately had to head out for a 10-hour Overtime shift. By the time I reached my new bed, my body just gave up. But you know what? That exhaustion felt amazing because it was "honest exhaustion."
​The Big Win:
Before the shift, I did the most important thing—I cleared my debt of 200 AED to my friend Ali. He stood by me during my tough times, and paying him back was my top priority. As soon as I settled his account, Allah blessed me with that overtime shift. It’s true what they say: When your intentions are pure, the doors of Rizq open automatically.
​Current Situation:
New room, new vibes, and a debt-free heart! Although I’m facing a small issue with the washing machine setup (room-mates are hesitant), I’m staying positive. I’ll be talking to my Boss about it soon.
​In Dubai, every day is a struggle, but every struggle makes you stronger. Thank you for all your support!
