One could also make a narrative "maybe they were fired because they didn't prevent it?" IF it were even true. It would also mean the 3rd party tools (the same used by law enforcement) didn't catch it either?
I don't run Binance anymore, but as an ex-ceo, I know they run EVERY transaction through multiple 3rd party AML tools.
You can put a negative narrative on anything by talking to "anonymous source" who is "unhappy" or paid to FUD.

Nhưng nếu đọc kỹ và nhìn toàn cảnh, câu chuyện này không phải là Binance che giấu tội lỗi, mà ngược lại – đây là dấu hiệu rõ ràng rằng Binance đang thay máu bộ phận tuân thủ để tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt hơn bao giờ hết.
Hãy nhìn rõ sự thật
Sau khi bị phạt 4,3 tỷ USD năm 2023 và chấp nhận giám sát của chính phủ Mỹ, Binance đã cam kết “cải tổ toàn diện”.
Kết quả là trong 2 năm qua, họ đã:
Tuyển dụng hàng trăm chuyên gia tuân thủ mới từ các ngân hàng lớn và cơ quan thực thi pháp luật.Xây dựng hệ thống giám sát giao dịch tiên tiến hơn.Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các cơ quan chức năng toàn cầu (họ tự hào công bố đã hỗ trợ thu giữ 131 triệu USD tiền bất hợp pháp và xử lý hơn 71.000 yêu cầu từ cơ quan thực thi pháp luật chỉ trong năm 2025).
Việc sa thải 5 điều tra viên và 4 lãnh đạo tuân thủ không phải vì “họ dám báo cáo”, mà vì đây là cuộc thanh lọc lớn – một “compliance shakeup” điển hình khi công ty muốn thay đổi từ gốc rễ.
Nhiều nhân viên cũ (dù có kinh nghiệm thực thi pháp luật) có thể không theo kịp tiêu chuẩn mới, không phù hợp với văn hóa “zero tolerance” mà Binance đang áp dụng dưới sự giám sát của Mỹ. Sa thải họ chính là cách Binance chứng minh: ai không đạt chuẩn thì phải đi.

Họ công khai địa chỉ ví, mua theo từng đợt, minh bạch hoàn toàn.
Hành động này nói lên một điều:
Binance không sợ hãi, không trốn tránh, mà đang đặt cược mạnh mẽ vào tương lai của crypto và trách nhiệm với người dùng.

Kết quả là trong 2 năm qua, họ đã:
Tuyển dụng hàng trăm chuyên gia tuân thủ mới từ các ngân hàng lớn và cơ quan thực thi pháp luật.Xây dựng hệ thống giám sát giao dịch tiên tiến hơn.Hợp tác chặt chẽ với các cơ quan chức năng toàn cầu (họ tự hào công bố đã hỗ trợ thu giữ 131 triệu USD tiền bất hợp pháp và xử lý hơn 71.000 yêu cầu từ cơ quan thực thi pháp luật chỉ trong năm 2025).
Việc sa thải 5 điều tra viên và 4 lãnh đạo tuân thủ không phải vì “họ dám báo cáo”, mà vì đây là cuộc thanh lọc lớn – một “compliance shakeup” điển hình khi công ty muốn thay đổi từ gốc rễ.
Nhiều nhân viên cũ (dù có kinh nghiệm thực thi pháp luật) có thể không theo kịp tiêu chuẩn mới, không phù hợp với văn hóa “zero tolerance” mà Binance đang áp dụng dưới sự giám sát của Mỹ. Sa thải họ chính là cách Binance chứng minh: ai không đạt chuẩn thì phải đi.
1 tỷ USDT liên quan Iran – Có gì đáng nói?
Iran đang dùng $USDT trên TRON $TRX rất mạnh (các báo cáo từ TRM Labs, Elliptic đều xác nhận). Đây là vấn đề toàn ngành, không riêng Binance.

Chỉ cách đây 2 ngày (12/02/2026), Binance vừa hoàn tất việc chuyển toàn bộ 1 tỷ USD quỹ SAFU từ stablecoin sang 15.000 BTC.
Họ công khai địa chỉ ví, mua theo từng đợt, minh bạch hoàn toàn.
Hành động này nói lên một điều:
Binance không sợ hãi, không trốn tránh, mà đang đặt cược mạnh mẽ vào tương lai của crypto và trách nhiệm với người dùng.
Trong khi cả thị trường đang sợ hãi (Fear & Greed chỉ 5), Binance vẫn bình tĩnh mua $BTC – đó là hành động của một công ty tự tin vào việc tuân thủ và phát triển bền vững.
Kết luận thẳng thắn
Tin sa thải này không phải “scandal mới”, mà là phần tất yếu của quá trình cải tổ sau thỏa thuận 4,3 tỷ USD.
Binance đang làm những gì một công ty lớn dưới giám sát phải làm: thay người cũ bằng người mới, siết chặt quy trình, và tập trung vào kinh doanh cốt lõi.
Thay vì vội kết án, hãy nhìn vào bức tranh lớn:
Binance vẫn là sàn lớn nhất thế giới, vẫn minh bạch quỹ SAFU, vẫn hỗ trợ cơ quan chức năng, và vẫn dám chuyển 1 tỷ USD sang Bitcoin giữa lúc thị trường hoảng loạn.
Đó không phải dấu hiệu của một công ty đang “che giấu”.
Đó là dấu hiệu của một công ty đang cố gắng sửa chữa và tiến lên.
