FCF Pay has announced a new offer that allows Bitcoin miners to pay their electricity bills using crypto assets, including Shiba Inu and #XRP .

The Canadian-based crypto payment platform FCF Pay has further expanded its support for XRP and Shiba Inu (SHIB).

In an X post today, FCF Pay announced that its customers, especially crypto miners, will be able to pay their electricity bills directly with cryptocurrencies, including XRP, SHIB, BTC and ETH.

Pay paying your electricity bills directly with Bitcoin using FCF's Bill Payment feature (they also accept ETH, Litecoin, XRP and others).

Do mining for Bitcoin, pay with Bitcoin; all in one seamless process.

In particular, customers are required to search for their favorite electricity provider on the FCF website. In case the electricity provider is not included in the FCF's bill payers list, customers will be able to choose an alternative route by paying their energy bills with crypto cards.

FCF Adds Chase Bank to the List of Bill Payers

This development comes shortly after FCF announced an initiative that will allow Chase Bank customers to pay their mortgages and credit card loans using crypto.

It is worth noting that customers can pay their electricity bills with cryptocurrency through the FCF Bills feature. Recall that FCF Pay launched the billing feature last month.

The service allows users to manage their finances and pay bills with Decrypts at more than 20,000 American companies, including PayPal, American Airlines, Walmart and Amazon.

FCF Pay has recently added Honda and HSBC to the list of supported companies. HSBC customers will be able to pay their housing loans and loans with cryptocurrency, while Honda users will now be able to buy vehicles using coins supported by FCF Pay, such as SHIB and XRP.

Bill Payers Do Not Accept Direct Crypto Payments

To be clear, not all American companies on the Billing Service of FCF Pay accept direct crypto payments. FCF Pay announced this in a recent blog post as follows:

"Firstly, exactly NONE of the approximately 21 thousand companies involved in the system accept direct crypto payouts through this system. That's right, zero."

According to the announcement, all crypto payouts are first transferred to the FCF gateway before being converted into fiat money by an automated system.

After the conversion is completed, the users' invoices are paid in fiat. According to the FCF, payments usually take 24 to 48 hours to complete.
