How to enable Google Authenticator (2FA) and FAQs for Binance Accounts
For security needs, Binance needs to bind two-factor authentication! Similar to SMS authentication in China!
Step 1:
Log in to your Binance account
Go to Profile -> Account Security
Click the "Enable Binance/Google Authenticator Now" banner, or click "Manage" next to "Authenticator App"
Step 2:
You will be redirected to a new page, click "Enable"
Download and install the Google Authenticator App or 币安验证器 on your phone!
If you don't want to download it, you can search for the authenticator in the WeChat applet, or you can use it!
Step 3:
Complete security verification, click "Get Verification Code"
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email address and click "Submit"
Step 4:
A QR code will be displayed on the screen
Open the Google Authenticator App and click "+" to scan the QR code
Unable to scan? Manually enter the verification code below the QR code
Key point: Copy the verification code on a piece of paper to restore it in case your phone is lost
Step 5:
Google Authenticator will generate a new 6-digit verification code
Enter this new code and click "Submit"
Congratulations! You have enabled Google Authenticator to protect your account
