Dear users,
Binance plans to resume the first phase of withdrawal services from 14:00 to 17:00 on November 1, 2026 (UTC+8).
Since the incident, our team has implemented multiple preventive measures to safeguard the platform and conducted security assessments, continuously verifying whether the affected services are ready to resume. We hope to gradually restore withdrawal services after completing all security checks and preparations. Deposit services are operating normally.
We understand that the suspension of withdrawal services has caused users concern and inconvenience. Restoring users’ normal access to their funds is our top priority, so we will proceed carefully and methodically to ensure services resume safely. As services are restored in phases, we will continue to closely monitor the platform.
As we have consistently emphasized throughout our response to this incident: user funds are safe. Binance will cover the full amount of funds stolen in this security incident.
Withdrawals to Resume in Phases
In the first phase, withdrawals will gradually reopen for the following networks and assets. We will share the latest updates through our official X channel.

We will use user demand data from the past week to prioritize the resumption of withdrawals for each token, bringing services back in phases. Withdrawals for each network and asset combination will be carefully reopened only after stability and security checks are complete.
The networks and assets listed above will be available when withdrawal services resume in the first phase. Other networks and assets will reopen as they become ready. Please visit the withdrawal page for the relevant asset or our Network Status page to check the availability of specific networks and assets.
At the start of the withdrawal service resumption, some withdrawals may be temporarily delayed or take longer to process due to high traffic. If a withdrawal for one of the networks or tokens listed above fails, please wait a moment and try again. This is normal during a phased resumption. We will continue to closely monitor network and platform performance.
Why were withdrawals suspended during the initial phase following the security incident?
Suspending withdrawals was a precautionary measure that allowed our teams to contain the impact of the incident, assess its scope, restore affected services, and complete security checks.
We made this decision after careful assessment. We understand that reliable, stable withdrawal services are essential to our users. Our top priorities are protecting users, securing the platform, and completing the necessary security checks before restoring services.
During this time, our teams have:
Conducted more rigorous and comprehensive security reviews of affected services;
Evaluated the withdrawal infrastructure and verified that it was ready to operate normally;
Worked with law enforcement and industry partners to trace and recover the relevant assets;
Used company funds to replenish affected assets;
Continuously monitored for and investigated potential residual risks.
Our commitment to replenishing assets remains unchanged.
As disclosed in our previous announcement, the replenishment rate for affected assets has increased from 80% to 90%.
BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are now fully backed by reserves at a 100% ratio. Users can verify the relevant reserve snapshots on our Proof of Reserves page.
We are continuing to purchase the remaining affected assets through market and over-the-counter channels. Binance has now replenished approximately 95% of the affected assets, up from 90% in our last update. The remaining 5% consists of tokens outside the ten listed above. These tokens have relatively low market liquidity, so it will take longer to acquire the required amounts.
To our users, partners, and the industry
We understand that this has been a difficult time for our users and the entire Binance community. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust as we carefully address this incident.
We also thank our industry partners for acting swiftly to help freeze the relevant assets and trace the funds. We will continue working closely with industry partners and law enforcement to support asset recovery efforts and help hold those responsible accountable.
Once the investigation is complete, we will publish an incident review report with further details.
The resumption of withdrawals is an important milestone in our response to this incident, but our work is not over. We will continue to strengthen our security measures, complete the remaining asset replenishment, and keep you updated on the latest developments.
Our commitment remains unchanged: user funds are safe, and Binance will cover the full amount of funds stolen in this security incident.
Thank you for your continued support and for being part of the Binance community.
The Binance Team
