Among them, the United States and China firmly occupy the first tier, significantly ahead of other countries in total score. According to the report, in 2024, the United States ranks highest globally with a total score of 77.97, while China's total score is 58.01, ranking second. Compared to 2023, the overall development gap between China and the United States shows a trend of narrowing, with the score difference decreasing from 22.02 to 19.96.

The report shows that the enthusiasm for artificial intelligence venture capital has rebounded, with capital concentrating in advantageous countries and leading enterprises. In 2024, the global artificial intelligence venture capital amount rebounded to $137 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25%. The United States continues to expand its advantage in capital, with its artificial intelligence venture capital accounting for 66% of the global total. At the same time, artificial intelligence capital continues to concentrate in mature enterprises and tech giants, with the proportion of mid-to-late stage artificial intelligence venture capital increasing from 35% in 2020 to 47% in 2024. Single transactions exceeding $1 billion, termed 'super financing,' account for nearly 70% of the total financing amount, most of which is led by tech giants.
