Jito is a project based on the Solana blockchain. It goes beyond the simple staking concept and actively utilizes a structure known as MEV (Maximal Extractable Value). In simple terms, it's a strategy that takes advantage of which transactions are processed first when blocks are created, executed at the platform level and returned to users. I felt it was quite an advanced system with structural profit distribution, rather than just simple deposit interest.
If you stake the Solana-based token SOL, the platform executes MEV strategies based on that and rewards you with JitoSOL. This token is quite useful in the DeFi ecosystem. Meanwhile, JTO itself is a governance token used to operate this ecosystem and determine its direction. This entire structure aims for complex value return rather than simple rewards.

On February 21, 2025, JTO was listed on Upbit's Korean won market. It was a chaotic day at the store, but as soon as I got off work, I checked the real-time charts on my smartphone. There was server delay, but prices surged as soon as trading started. Usually, new listings quickly cool down due to short-term trading, but Jito sustained buying pressure even after adjustments. This was read as a signal of capital influx considering long-term holding.
Looking at the daily candle chart, it shows a pattern of fluctuating within a box for a while, and recently attempting to break above. The trading volume is supporting this, so we can expect a short-term upward transition. Of course, as always, there are no guarantees of an increase.
Currently, the market capitalization of JTO is approximately 1.3 trillion won, ranking around 80th globally. It is an asset that has already been somewhat validated in the market. However, due to the scale of this project, a rapid increase in a short period is difficult, so it is wise to keep a mid-to-long-term strategy in mind.

JTO, listed on Upbit, is based on the Solana network. Remember that if you send funds to a different network during deposits and withdrawals, recovery can be difficult. In a world where small mistakes can lead to significant losses, these details should be checked habitually.
The fact that it has not yet been listed on major global exchanges like Binance or Coinbase is, in my opinion, an opportunity. If global distribution expands, the possibility of new capital influx will also increase.
It is difficult to go all-in on digital assets, but I see JTO as a decent choice for allocating part of the portfolio. Considering various factors like MEV structure, DeFi linkage, governance participation, and trends after listing, it seems unlikely that it will end as just a fleeting project.
I believe that reading the flow is more important than today's price for assets. I plan to adjust JTO to occupy an appropriate share among my assets and continue to monitor that flow closely.
