How to Participate

Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Please note that the bonus commission is calculated and settled weekly.

Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC. The final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred (excluding referral commission, VIP discounts, trading fee discounts when using BNB, API broker rebates, and other fee discounts).Users will not receive commissions from trades if any of the following conditions are met:Trades made by users who signed up via referral codes/links (including Referral Lite and Pro).Trades involving trading pairs that do not incur trading fees.Trades executed by market makers or brokers.API trades.Trades from stablecoin to stablecoin.Other conditions that trigger non-commissionable criteria.As there is zero trading fee for Convert trading, we will use an estimated fee rate of 0.1% of the trading volume to calculate the Convert trading fee commissions in this campaign.The current commission does not affect users’ referral commission. Step one. Complete your KYC. Everyone who is KYC verified qualifies. No registration is needed. Once you publish your first post you are automatically in the program.
Step two. Add a coin cashtag like $BTC inside your post. If a reader clicks it and completes a trade you earn 20% commission. This is calculated on the actual net trading fees Binance receives.
Step three. The new Engagement Bonus. When real comments likes and follows come on your post you get a share of the weekly reward pool. So write something useful and reply to your commenters. A creator who only posts and disappears earns just the 20%.
Livestreams can pay extra too. The top 30 creators each week get a 30% bonus and ranks 31 to 100 get 10%. Chats also earn the basic 20% commission.
Now the rules. Never fake your engagement. Like for like and follow for follow groups will not be counted. Liking your own post from alternate accounts can get you disqualified. Trades from users who signed up through referral links earn you nothing. API trades and stablecoin to stablecoin trades do not count either.

NEAR just got absolutely hammered. Down 5.5% today, and if you look at that massive red volume spike at the bottom, it wasn't a slow bleed — someone hit the bid hard and flushed price straight down to 4.749.
But look at what happened right after. Price V-bottomed instantly and ripped all the way back to 4.80. That's a violent rejection of the lows.
Right now, we're sitting at 4.779. The problem? We are pinned directly under the descending MA60 (currently at 4.789). Price has been respecting this moving average as dynamic resistance all day, and we are currently failing to break back above it.
This is a classic post-flush compression. Shorts who caught that massive red candle are probably trailing stops just above 4.80. Longs who bought the absolute bottom are looking to take quick profits.
I’m not touching this in the middle. We are literally sandwiched between the 24h low at 4.75 and the MA60 resistance at 4.79. That’s a $0.04 range on a coin moving this fast. The risk-to-reward is garbage right here.
What I’m watching:
I want to see NEAR reclaim the MA60 (4.789) and hold it. If we get a 15m or 1h close above 4.80, the momentum will likely shift, and we could see a squeeze back toward the 24h high at 5.14.
The alternative: If this bounce fails, and we reject off the MA60, I expect a retest of that 4.75 liquidity zone. If 4.75 breaks, the real flush begins.
