Just saw a tweet from @worldlibertyfi, and many people might just think: 'Oh, another stablecoin.'
But in my opinion, this is the most intriguing signal in DeFi history.
Having been in this industry for a long time, we are used to the duopoly of USDT and USDC. But to be honest, the current stablecoin model has a sort of 'arrogance'—they take our money to buy US treasury bonds, earning a 5% risk-free return while leaving the risks to the users and keeping the profits for themselves.
The emergence of USD1 is not just an additional ticker; it is attempting to rewrite this 'bloodsucking' rule.
