Since the start of the war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran on February 28, at least 18 ADNOC vessels have been attacked in Hormuz. These actions have resulted in the death of one crew member and injuries to another 20.
Two ships belonging to the Emirati oil company ADNOC were attacked last night while transiting through the Strait of Hormuz, without causing casualties, the company said, while the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) described the action as «hostile» and blamed it on Iran.
«The National Oil Company of Abu Dhabi (ADNOC) confirmed that two of its ships were attacked while transiting through the Strait of Hormuz on the night of Thursday, August 13. The incident caused no injuries, and the situation is already under control.»
