Elon Musk accused the Ukrainian military of violating Starlink’s terms of service by using it for offensive drone attacks. Musk claimed that SpaceX had closed the loophole that allegedly made this possible.
However, Ukraine strongly denies this.
Serhii Beskrestnov, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s defense technology adviser, stated that Starlink’s geographic and speed restrictions make it physically impossible to use the commercial service for the alleged medium- and long-range drone attacks.
