Intel just vaporised the 2x-long Intel ETF token.
$INTWB went from $17.73 to $9.68 inside a single hourly bar — live $12.59, -31% in 24 hours, $1.77M and 30,536 trades through Binance. The 20:00 UTC hour is still forming, so that $9.68 low isn't locked yet, but the wick already printed: a 45% top-to-bottom swing in one hour, off a two-day base near $17-18.50. The token has since bounced ~30% off the wick low.
What hammered it: Intel's Q3 print after the US close. The quarter itself beat — revenue up 21% to $16.5B, adjusted EPS ahead. Then the guide: Q4 revenue $15-16B against ~$17B expected, EPS $0.25 vs ~$0.43 — plus a factory explosion at Kiryat Gat that took production offline for two weeks, worth about $300M of Q4 revenue and ~200bps of gross margin. INTC craters after hours, the 2x-long ETF gets double the pain, and the tokenized version on Binance — trading 24/7 on thin liquidity — flushed straight through its pre-earnings base before the panic buyers showed up.
This is a tokenized stock, not a microcap crypto project — but it's genuinely tiny: CoinGecko rank #2298, $2.3M market cap, and today's entire Binance volume just went through it in one hour. The 1h chart is washed out: RSI 15, price miles under the EMA20 at $17.37.
The honest part, both ways: a 2x daily token that just gapped down 45% does NOT get "made whole" by the bounce — $INTWB still needs ~41% just to reclaim $17.73. And leveraged single-stock tokens are decay traps even without gaps: holding one into an earnings report is roulette at double odds.
Levels now: $9.68 is the wick low — a print under it and the flush resumes. $17.24-17.73 is the broken base — a close back above it says the panic is unwinding. Below the wick is open air.
Not a call, either way. But if you were long a 2x Intel bull token into earnings, you're tonight's lesson.
Does the 20:00 hour close hold $12, or is this bounce just the market reloading for another flush?
