Holding $ONDO , $ICP , $UNI, and $AVAX — three of the four are well below their highs, but here's my honest reasoning.

ONDO is my RWA bet — down ~80% from ATH, but real institutional traction (BlackRock, J.P. Morgan). I'm watching the leadership dispute after the founder's passing as a real near-term risk.

ICP is my highest-risk hold — down 99% from its 2021 peak. I hold it as a patient, speculative bet on decentralized compute adoption, not a sure thing.

$UNI I hold because the fee switch and buyback-burn are finally live — real cash-flow tied to DEX volume now, not just governance.
AVAX rounds it out as my infrastructure conviction play — subnets and dev activity keep me in through the drawdown.

Honest long-term view: ONDO and $UNI have the clearest upside if RWA/DeFi narratives play out. AVAX is my steady compounder. ICP could be a 5-10x or go nowhere — that's the trade I'm making with eyes open.
