Oh my God, your token has been delisted. Find out why?
Binance has announced the delisting of NEM (XEM), OMG Network (OMG), Waves ($WAVES), and $WXNM. 🚫
This will start on June 18, 2024, and it will no longer accept deposits of those tokens. Withdrawals will remain available until September 17, 2024. 📅
Being listed on a major cryptocurrency exchange like Binance is considered a big blessing, but being delisted by Binance will certainly cause the value to drop rapidly. 📉
And there's very little chance it will recover. 💔
Why did Binance delist these four tokens? 🤔
The main reasons are: lack of trading volume, quality or commitment to the project, network stability, and other reasons. But often there are other factors, such as developer communication, that could be the main cause of all this. 💬
$OMG: The original team has moved on, leaving the project 100% managed by token holders. (Abandoned, which is not good for holders)
$WAVES: Delisting due to the token not meeting "high standards and industry requirements." 📉
$WXNM has been on the watchlist since April 3, 2024, but even so, the price of Wrapped XNM has been trading around 66 USDT and the current price is 80 USDT. It hasn't dropped since two months ago when the Binance Team announced the watchlist. It's unclear why Binance wants to remove this token from its platform. ❓
$XEM is an OG token from 2017 and was a top-traded token at that time. Data from CoinMarket shows it was mainly traded on Upbit (the largest cryptocurrency exchange in South Korea). 📊
On the NEMOfficial X account, it seems they have locked the comment section so no one can post comments. This means the XEM teams are not open to their holders. 🔒
