The Snapshot voting page shows that the Aave community has opened a temperature check vote for the proposal to "introduce a PSM (pegged stability module) for GHO", and the voting end date is July 23. At present, 100% of 44,000 AAVE, including Wintermute, have been agreed. It is reported that the Pegged Stability Module (PSM) is a contract that can seamlessly convert two tokens at a predetermined ratio. It has been proven that this mechanism is effective for many stablecoin projects (such as MakerDAO) in maintaining exchange rate stability. Inspired by this model, the proposed GHO stability module takes full advantage of the existing model while innovating it in a variety of ways to help further maintain GHO's anchoring.
