Let me tell you it is very PROMISING to reach that target sooner than expected,

$XRP as the president of the United States stated, the US government is going to buy and reserve multiple crypto currencies among them there is $XRP which will inevitably result in a value increase for these coins as soon as the US starts buying and holding.
