According to PANews, Pavel Durov, the co-founder and CEO of Telegram, announced at the Token2049 conference in Dubai that Telegram channel owners will now be able to extract a share of advertising revenue for the first time. He stated that 50% of the revenue will be returned to the channel owners. In the coming weeks, a new initiative for creators will be introduced, where creators will receive 70% of the revenue.

Furthermore, Durov revealed that Telegram will soon allow the purchase of physical and digital goods within the application. To facilitate this, Telegram has established partnerships with over 70 payment providers, including Stripe. This move is expected to provide a significant boost to the platform's monetization efforts and offer more opportunities for creators and channel owners to generate income.
