Além disso, o processo NÃO busca punir o ministro Alexandre de Moraes. Ao contrário do que foi noticiado.
Por fim, o processo não anexou NENHUMA prova de que o ministro Moraes interferiu em território americano. Diz apenas que "provavelmente" isso aconteceu.
