La compra es exclusivamente a través de la BDVApp y se trata de divisas digitales abonadas a las cuentas de libre convertibilidad. Hasta ahora, trascendió extraoficialmente, la entidad a liquidado por esta vía más de 9 millones de dólares.El Banco de Venezuela (BDV) mantiene activo su servicio de acceso a la compra de divisas para personas naturales desde la semana pasada, por montos que van desde 1 hasta 1.000 dólares por operación en la medida en que se han incrementando, a través de un mecanismo muy amigable con solo ingresar a la BDVApp.
De acuerdo con informaciones obtenidas por Banca y Negocios de fuentes bancarias confiables, hasta ahora 43.700 clientes del Banco de Venezuela han adquirido divisas por este mecanismo y se han liquidado digitalmente más de 9 millones de dólares.
La compra de divisas es exclusivamente a través de la BDVApp en la ruta: Divisas / Compra, luego ingresar el monto y ya estará lista la operación.
Estas operaciones no incluyen venta de divisas en efectivo, sino que son exclusivamente digitales, de manera que se pueden utilizar para realizar consumos en el país, expresados en bolívares, con cargo a una cuenta de libre convertibilidad como respaldo.
Igualmente, estas divisas se pueden utilizar a través de la Tarjeta Internacional (TI), la cual permite realizar pagos en plataformas electrónicas internacionales.
Más de un millón de tajetas internacionales emitidas
Las fuentes consultadas indicaron que el BDV ya ha otorgado más de un millón de tarjetas internacionales.
Además, se conoció que la Tarjeta Internacional (TI) está siendo asignada por el BDV al día siguiente de la compra de divisas, si el cliente no la tuviera. Además, luego de la asignación de este instrumento de pago, su uso es inmediato, en distintas plataformas.
Según revelaron las fuentes consultadas los montos ofrecidos por el BDV para la compra son los mejores que se pueden obtener en el sistema bancario nacional.
Por otra parte, el mercado estará abierto de manera recurrente desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 2 de la tarde, o hasta agotarse la existencia del inventario del día. Y, además, la disponiblidad de las divisas es inmediata.

Hi everyone , I'm from Papua New Guinea and it's been 2 years since started using Binance . Crypto trading is now making waves here in PNG, however the point here is we don't seem to have vendor's in the P2P section that accept trading via our 2 major banks. Appreciate if someone here could point me to a vendor that accept Kina Bank and Bank South Pacific .
