Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has issued a revised gas supply schedule for Karachi and surrounding areas during Ramadan.
According to the plan, gas will be available from 3:00am to 9:00am for Sehri and from 3:30pm to 10:00pm for Iftar, while supply will remain suspended outside these hours to manage overall demand.
The company stated that gas pressure profiling will be conducted between 9:00am and 3:30pm, and again from 10:00pm to 3:00am to improve network management. SSGC also highlighted that Pakistan’s gas reserves are declining by nearly 10 percent annually, increasing the gap between supply and demand.
