Hyperscale Data Receives $26.6 Million Settlement, Enhances Liquidity
Hyperscale Data, a publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company, has announced that its subsidiaries, Ault Lending LLC and RiskOn International, have received a settlement payment totaling approximately $26.6 million from a lawsuit that lasted several years. According to Odaily, the specific terms of the settlement agreement have not been disclosed, but the influx of cash is expected to improve the company's liquidity.
Hyperscale Data also revealed updated figures regarding its Bitcoin holdings, which have increased to 633.8609 BTC. This includes 586.6674 BTC held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sentinum, acquired through the purchase of approximately 440.2341 BTC on the open market and 146.4333 BTC obtained through its Bitcoin mining operations. Additionally, another subsidiary, ACG, has acquired approximately 47.1935 BTC from the open market.
