I spent hours today figuring out the difference between spot trading and futures.
Here's what I learned (in my own words):
🔹 Spot = Buy and hold the real crypto (you own it)
🔹 Futures = Betting on price going up/down (with leverage)
The risk in futures? You can lose more than you put in.
