🚀 XRP Leads Market Price Increase
The price of XRP is up 3.7% in the last 24 hours, beating other cryptocurrencies that are in the red. This increase was driven by the rejection of the SEC's appeal in the Ripple lawsuit.
Look at the following heatmap, most cryptos experienced losses between 0.5% to 5%. However, XRP actually recorded quite a large increase.

As CryptoPotato reported, Judge Analisa Torres rejected the SEC's appeal in the case against Ripple. As a result, the price of XRP jumped 5%, although it fell slightly.
The Ripple vs SEC case has been going on for almost three years, and the judge set a trial date – April 16, 2024.
The appeal that was rejected was related to a court decision in July this year, which stated that the secondary sale of XRP was not an investment contract. In other words, the court determined that in this case, XRP was not a security.
The commission didn't like the result and filed an appeal – which has now been rejected.
