The disparity between the inflow and outflow of coins on an exchange can be referred to as the netflow (Inflow - Outflow = Netflow).

A positive value indicates a rising reserve. In the case of a spot exchange, a high netflow suggests mounting selling pressure.

On the other hand, for a derivative exchange, a high netflow implies the potential for increased volatility.
